Setup your SmartGaragePro in minutes.
Step 1: Download the App
Get started by downloading the SmartGaragePro app for your device.
- iOS Devices
- Scan the QR code on the box or search 'SmartGaragePro' in the App Store.
- Android Devices
- Scan the QR code on the box or search 'SmartGaragePro' in Google Play.
Step 2: Connect & Configure Wi-Fi
Connect your device to your home Wi-Fi network for remote access.
- 2.1 Power On
- Plug in the SmartGaragePro device. You should see a status light indicating it's powered.
- 2.2 Connect to Device Wi-Fi
- On your phone, open Wi-Fi settings and connect to the network named 'garagedoor_local'.
- 2.3 Configure Network
- A setup page should automatically open. If not, open your browser and type 'http://192.168.4.1'. Select your home Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
- 2.4 Complete Setup
- Once connected, open the SmartGaragePro app, name your device, and tap 'Add' to finish.
- Troubleshooting
- If the password is incorrect or connection fails, press and hold the WiFi-Reset button on the device for 5 seconds to try again.
Step 3: Control & Smart Settings
Customize your experience with smart automation features.
- 3.1 Basic Settings
- Set an auto-close delay to ensure your garage never stays open by accident. The included Bluetooth tag works automatically without manual pairing.
- 3.2 Advanced Settings
- Fine-tune exactly how long the door signal is sent for opening and closing timing.
- 3.3 Bluetooth Sensitivity
- Adjust the range for auto-opening. Default values are optimized (Near -90 / Far -105), but you can tweak them (e.g., Near -95 / Far -110) if needed.
- 3.4 Sentry Mode
- Enable Sentry Mode to monitor your garage during specific hours (default 00:00–06:00). You can customize the active window, trigger delay, and alarm duration.
- 3.5 Voice Control
- iOS users can enable Siri Shortcuts directly in the app. Android users can link SmartGaragePro in Google Home to set up custom voice commands.
